Initially we got to know that the Construction on the UAE Rail Network for Etihad Rail is now 100% Completed.
Etihad Rail’s 1,200 km network will extend across the United Arab Emirates, from the border of Saudi Arabia to the border of Oman.
We are very excited for this wonderful project of Etihad’s Rail in UAE. It will bring more easy connection for the entire UAE and more in near future. Connecting Sharjah to Abu Dhabi will make the Printing businesses way easier and cheaper for advertising and marketing companies.

Stages of Etihad’s Rail
Although the railway network is being built in stages. Stage One has been fully operational since January 2016, transporting up to 22,000 tonnes of granulated sulphur each day from Habshan and Shah to Ruwais on behalf of ADNOC.
And stage Two is now completed and extends across the United Arab Emirates from the border with Saudi Arabia at Ghuwaifat, connecting the emirates via Abu Dhabi, KIZAD, Khalifa Port, Jebel Ali Port, Dubai, Sharjah, Ras al-Khaimah and thence to Fujairah on the UAE’s east coast.
